Sailor's Fat Tattoo Script is a hand-drawn nautical tattoo font. The typeface was originally developed to merge seamlessly into your traditional flash projects without looking fake or digitized. Version 1.10, released in April 2016, adds many new improvements:

We went back to our original source sketches, and recreated all glyphs with rougher, less vectorized outlines to better resemble hand-lettering. Character sizes have been increased or decreased to better balance the range of glyphs. New glyph designs have been generated for AE, OE, FI, and FL ligatures, as well as ſ. Ordinal characters have been added, as well as a small range of subscript characters. Tone 2 and turned V characters have been added to Latin Extended-B. Existing character designs have been replicated across European language sets for an astonishing 662 glyphs!

Sailor's Fat Tattoo Script is available in Italic, and as a bundle with both typefaces.
